We headed downtown yesterday to see all things Olympic as they are quickly progressing in the big city. It was great fun and the people are already here. I am not a big fan of the Olympics (the capital, lack of funding/acknowledgment given to the homeless, huge teacher layoffs, budget cuts..) but it only happens once. There will be more to come - I am going to try and head downtown a few more times to see what I can see
